NAOMI GROOT

Naomi Groot is a Calgarian saxophone and clarinet player. She fell in love with woodwinds in her teen years and earned a diploma in jazz performance at Mount Royal University. Since then, she has been gigging around town, teaching, and dabbling in composing and arranging. Naomi loves world music, especially unique fusion projects, and loves playing funk music on the bari sax.
